NGT is a Private Limited Company located in Buea, Cameroon in Africa whose core business is the development and sales of software.Other services it off ers include Internet Marketting,ICT Consulting, Provision and Installation of Security Systems. The Organisation is known for its strong mentorship, real-world projects and a collaborative environment that encourages students to build confidence and creativity.Through internship workshops and teamwork, NGT continues to inspire the NEXT GENERATION of TECH leaders in Cameroon and beyond.

Professional Experience

Improved communication and collaboration in team project as well as individual task.
Learned how to follow project instruction and meet deadlines.
Gained confidence in presenting project work Professionally.

Technical Experience

Learned to navigate and create accounts on SLACK, TRELLO, BITBUCKET etc..
Created a Registration Form on CSS AND HTML as well as JAVASCRIPT.
Used ARDUINO to make LED BLINK.
Used python for Data-analystic on VS code.

Hearing about internship at NGT was kind of exiciting cause i was hoping to learn alot. But after the orentation meeting i was kind of sad cus of the WORKING from HOME THINGS It was challenging to me firstly DATA and cause i am use to learning and a condusive area, and with alot of follow up from friends and teachers but as time went on i had to adapt to the system.I can say the experience so far is good ,tasks are being given and during meeting our we get to present and correctour work.

So far its a little bit cool with all the experience so far, i get to do alot of research etc but its so challenging due to DATA issues.I love how things are being handled and the TEAMWORK .

JUSTUS ZONG

The experince so far is just there and am just working with the FLOW. The most challenging part of this all is that new task are not being descriped due to the fact that we havent done anything on that and its new to me .

From the begining i never loved the idea of us working at home, cus i felt like it was going to make me to be much more lazy,but as time went on i am really enjoying it cause when am free i can do more research on my own, i learn more and get expose to more things and when task are being assigned.

ITS A 50/50 experince so far. It was so much challenging for me cause i live in a family house and as such there is so much things to do with the fact of me just being home and i was not really concentrating But as time went on i love the fact we get to do correction of every task and i loved how things being handled so far.

ASHU PRUDENCE

When it started i was not happy because we were staying at home regularly and i did not like it cause other pipo in other companies were doing their intership frequently while i was home. but due to our last meeting so far i ran so much question but the supervisor clearified my doubts.

My internship at New Generation Technology has been an incredible experience so far. I've been able to learn and grow without any major issues, which is a huge plus. One challenge I've faced is understanding certain tasks, but I've been fortunate to have supportive friends and colleagues who've helped clarify things for me.
